This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and your data never leaves our control. This page covers the website only — the AI systems we deploy in customers’ own buildings are covered by the deployment agreement for that customer, and their data never leaves their premises.
What we collect
- Information you send us. If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we receive what you send (typically your name, email address, and message). We use it only to respond to you.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (WordPress.com) collects standard analytics: pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type, and referral source. This is aggregated and used to understand how the site is used.
- Demo interactions. If you use our demonstration (“demo”) environment, be aware: the demo is a sandbox for evaluation only. Messages and interactions in the demo may be logged, reviewed, and retained by us for demonstration and evaluation purposes, and the demo provides no privacy or confidentiality guarantees. Please do not send any real or confidential information to the demo. Product demos are clearly marked, and we’ll tell you the same thing there.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond the services required to run this site (hosting, email, analytics).
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies from our hosting provider for basic analytics and security. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still work.
Retention and security
We keep contact and business records only as long as we need them for the purposes above and legal requirements, and we delete them when you ask. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. For your protection, please do not send sensitive personal or client information through the website or the demo — that belongs in a production deployment.
Your rights
You may ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@libertyvault.ai and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re in a jurisdiction with stronger rights (e.g., GDPR or CCPA), those rights apply to you as well, and we honor access, correction, deletion, and objection requests from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update it here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted on the site.
